Hostal El Cid Guide to Fuengirola

Fuengirola is home to a mix of nationalities and is ideal for families. There's a fine sea front with loads of great places to eat and drink, including bars, cafés and chiringuitos. Away from the sandy 8 km. stretch of beaches, there is the main plaza which has recently been rebuilt with pleasant pedestrian-friendly streets and lots of surrounding green areas and fountains.

Having long been a tourist destination, Fuengirola boasts, multi-lingual schools, theatres, cinemas and churches. The amount and quality of shops has also increased within the town, as well as on the outskirts with the recent construction of the shopping centre Parque Miramar and Corte Ingles.

We hope that our A to Z guide to visiting Fuengirola provides you with advice, facts and tips to make life easier for yourself and your family.
