If you have purchased a property on the Costa del Sol either for your own
personal use or for short term rental, it’s important that whilst you are away
it is professionally managed and maintained. You need to rest assured that any
small problems will be rectified immediately and that potential larger problems
are nipped in the bud. This can’t be done from the armchair at home. This can
only be done by employing a suitable local management company with the back up
staff to ensure that every time you come back it is like the first time you
entered.
Our management service includes:
A fortnightly visit to your property in order to check
the following:
- Ensuring that all windows, doors are gates are
securely locked.
- Checking that all electrical appliances are in
good working order,
from air conditioning, to TV, to lighting.
- Checking that all water installations are in good
working order, including,
taps, sinks, baths and toilets.
- Checking for evidence of damp, leaks.
- Ensuring that all small maintenance jobs are
carried out immediately.
- Checking for pest infestation.
- Airing the property as and when needed.
- Arranging cleaning and laundry services as and
when needed.
- Arranging delivery of food packs for guests and
family.
- Arranging delivery of flowers as and when needed.
- Ensuring written quotation is sent to client as
quickly as possible for any major repairs.
The annual charge for our management service is as
follows:
2 bed property €750 + IVA (16%)
3 bed property €850 + IVA
4 bed property €950 + IVA
